Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Manage and optimize the CRM system to ensure it meets the needs of the business and our clients.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation.
- Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve strategies.
- Train and support staff on CRM best practices and system usage.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a CRM manager role, preferably within the FX industry.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective customer engagement strategies.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
