Job Title: Team Leader FX Industry (Spanish Desk)

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Team Leaders to oversee our Spanish Desk within the Foreign Exchange (FX) industry. The ideal candidate will lead a team of professionals, ensure excellent client service, and support operational efficiency. Fluency in Spanish, along with strong leadership skills and FX industry knowledge, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the Spanish Desk team to meet operational objectives
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular feedback sessions
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Act as the escalation point for client inquiries and resolution of complex issues
• Maintain high service standards through effective workflow management
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize trading operations and client experience
• Provide training on FX products, market trends, and compliance protocols
• Prepare and analyze performance reports, recommending improvements
• Support new initiatives and process improvements within the team

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in the FX industry as a Team Leader
• Fluency in Spanish
• Strong understanding of FX trading, market dynamics, and transactional processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
• Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and regulatory standards in FX
