Job Summary:
As a Conversion Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, converting leads into active accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients sales team in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients through various channels (phone, email, live chat).
• Convert leads into clients by effectively addressing their needs and concerns.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the FX market and related products to provide informed guidance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead conversion.
• Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Conversion Agent in the FX industry.
• Fluent in Spanish, Italian, German, and/or any Balkan languages (Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, Montenegrin, Macedonian, Slovenian).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
