Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Larnaca.
• Provide expert advice on property values, market conditions, and legal requirements.
• Conduct property viewings and open houses.

• Stay updated on local market trends and property listings.
• Ensure all transactions comply with legal and company standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in real estate sales in Cyprus, preferably Larnaca.
• Proven sales record and client acquisition skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of property laws and regulations in Cyprus.
• Proficiency in English, Greek, Russian any other language is an advantage
• Valid driving license
• Professional appearance and client-focused attitude.
