About the Client Our client is a reputable FX brokerage with a decade of established operations in Georgia, offering a professional trading environment, competitive compensation, and strong relocation support for international hires.
Role Overview We are hiring experienced French-speaking Retention Agents for the Tbilisi offices. The role focuses on retaining clients, resolving issues, negotiating solutions, and protecting revenue through proactive client engagement across phone and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound retention communications in French (phone, email, chat as required)
- Identify churn risks and present tailored retention offers to retain clients
- Resolve account, trading, or service-related complaints and escalate when necessary
- Achieve individual and team retention KPIs and quality standards
- Maintain accurate client records and follow compliance procedures
Requirements
- Native or fluent French (spoken and written)
- Minimum 1 year experience as a French Retention Agent, in financial services/FX/brokerage
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and client-service skills
- Willing to relocate to Tbilisi for immediate start
- Preferred: Applicants who do not require a visa to enter/work in Georgia
