Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Recovery Agent fluent in French to join our Foreign Exchange (FX) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reclaiming overdue accounts, managing client communications, and maintaining excellent relationships with our French-speaking clients. This role requires a proactive approach to account recovery, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of FX operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow-up with French-speaking clients regarding overdue payments.
• Negotiate and arrange repayment plans in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all recovery activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a recovery agent role.
• Proven experience working on the French Desk in FX or related finance sector.
• Fluency in French (both written and spoken).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of FX operations and accounting procedures is a plus.
