Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join ourclients dynamic team in Limassol. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources and a desire to support our HR functions in a fast-paced environment, ideally with experience in the foreign exchange (FX) industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
  • Help manage employee relations by addressing inquiries and providing support in resolving workplace issues.
  • Participate in the implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role; experience in the FX industry is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
