Location: Limassol, Cyprus 

About the Role Our client, an established forex broker in Cyprus, is expanding multilingual Conversion & Retention teams and is hiring experienced Agents and Team Leaders fluent in Korean, Italian, Swedish, or German.(any other available team welcome)

Key Responsibilities — Agents

  • Handle inbound/outbound contacts (phone, email, chat) in the target language.
  • Convert trial/lead accounts to funded/active clients and support onboarding.
  • Retain, reactivate and manage existing client relationships; handle objections.
  • Advise on account types, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), deposits/withdrawals and promotions.
  • Maintain CRM records and meet daily/monthly KPIs.
  • Coordinate with Compliance/Operations for KYC/AML and account issues.

Key Responsibilities — Team Leaders

  • Lead, coach and motivate a language-specific conversion & retention team to meet monthly targets. If a Team Leader currently manages a team in a different language than the one advertised, or is open to leading a multilingual team, please don't hesitate to contact us — we welcome experienced leaders regardless of current team language.
  • Monitor KPIs, deliver performance reviews and run training sessions.
  • Improve conversion funnels and retention campaigns; manage escalations.
  • Liaise with Sales, Marketing and Compliance for campaign alignment.

Required Experience & Skills — Agents

  • Native/near-native fluency in Korean, Italian, Swedish, or German + strong English.  (Any other language welcome)
  • 2+ years in conversion, retention, sales or customer success in financial services (forex/CFD experience preferred).
  • CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot or similar), strong persuasion and organizational skills.
  • Target-driven, resilient and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Required Experience & Skills — Team Leaders

  • Native/near-native fluency in the listed language + strong English.
  • 3+ years in financial services sales/retention with 1+ year people management.
  • Proven track record meeting conversion/retention targets and improving team KPIs.
  • Strong coaching, reporting and stakeholder-management skills; understanding of KYC/AML and trading products.
