Job Title: Brand Manager — iGaming (Remote)

Location: Remote (for the right candidate; T&C apply)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in brand/marketing role (iGaming experience A MUST)

About Us: We are a fast-growing company in the iGaming sector focused on delivering engaging player experiences across web and mobile. We seek a proactive Brand Manager to build and grow our brand presence, increase player acquisition and retention, and support cross-functional marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategy and positioning for targeted markets and player segments.
  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, email, affiliate support, partnerships) that drive acquisition, engagement and lifetime value.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice, assets and guidelines across channels; oversee creative and copy to ensure on-brand execution.
  • Analyze campaign and brand performance (KPIs: CAC, LTV, retention, engagement) and optimize using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with product, UX, CRM, affiliates and compliance to align messaging and promotions with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, freelancers and vendors; oversee production timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends and player behavior to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in brand, product or marketing roles; experience in iGaming.
  • Proven experience running digital campaigns (paid social, search, programmatic), content marketing and CRM/email.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with metrics, A/B testing and performance reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong editorial sense and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in iGaming marketing.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities across time zones.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, programmatic DSPs).
  • Knowledge of SEO, ASO and content optimization.
  • Basic design understanding (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and ability to brief creatives.
  • Experience working with affiliates, influencer partnerships or performance marketing teams.
