About the Role
We are expanding our international operations and looking for high-performing Conversion & Retention Agents to join our growing team in Montenegro.
This is a performance-driven environment where results matter. You will be responsible for converting leads, retaining clients, and maximizing customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into active clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Retain, upsell, and maximize client value
- Meet and exceed daily / weekly / monthly KPIs
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams
Requirements

Fluency in one or more of the following:
English | Spanish | Portuguese | Croatian - Proven experience in conversion and/or retention roles
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Target-driven mindset with a hunger to perform
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Important
Candidates must be based in Europe or able to relocate immediately.
This requirement is due to onboarding speed and operational needs.
