Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective retention strategies for the Portuguese-speaking client base.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that inform retention efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Create and oversee loyalty programs, engagement initiatives, and personalized communications to boost customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on retention metrics and KPIs to assess the success of retention strategies.
  • Lead a team of retention specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and competitor strategies to adapt and innovate retention tactics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as head of retention
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese (Brazilian dialect preferred) and English.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful retention strategies and campaigns.
