Key Responsibilities:

• Conversion: Engage potential clients, convert leads into active customers, and deliver persuasive presentations to close deals.
• Retention: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.
• Meet and exceed performance targets set for conversion and retention.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year experience in the FX industry is a MUST
• Proven track record in conversion and retention roles
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
