Job Title: English Conversion Retention Agent

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and motivated English Conversion Retention Agents to join our team in Tel Aviv. The ideal candidates will possess a minimum of one year of experience in a conversion or retention role. This position is exclusively for local residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with existing customers to enhance retention rates through effective communication and personalized service.
• Manage customer inquiries and issues, providing timely resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customer behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and increased retention.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that boost customer loyalty.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update our CRM system as necessary.
• Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer needs are met and promote additional services.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Conversion or Retention Agent.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
