Job Description: Team Leader - German Retention Desk

Location: Georgia (Relocation Package Available)

We are looking for dynamic and experienced Team Leaders who can lead and inspire a team of Retention Agents. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Retention Agents to ensure high levels of performance and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention rates and drive performance within the team.
  • Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a leadership role within a retention or customer service environment.
  • Proficient in German (both spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and develop actionable strategies.
  • Proactive, with a customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
