We are looking for a Head of Brazil Market or Country Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts, build and manage a high-performing team, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have an extensive portfolio of clients, a proven track record in business development, and experience leading teams in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow FxGlobes presence in Brazil.

Lead, manage, and expand the local team, including Business Development Managers and other key personnel.

Identify, acquire, and maintain relationships with high-value clients and partners.

Oversee business development activities, ensuring revenue and growth targets are met.

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product offerings for the Brazilian market.

Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.

Represent FxGlobe at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a leadership role within the financial sector in Brazil.

Strong managerial background, ideally having led a team of Business Development Managers.

Proven portfolio of high-net-worth clients and institutional relationships.

In-depth knowledge of the financial trading industry and Brazilian market regulations.

Fluent in Portuguese (mandatory), proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently while aligning with global corporate strategies.

Strong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
