Job Title: Conversion Agents / Retention Agents for Dutch Desk

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Basic Salary: 2000 (Terms and Conditions Apply)

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Dutch Desk team in Limassol, Cyprus. We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Conversion Agents
2. Retention Agents

Key Responsibilities:

For Conversion Agents:

• Engage with potential clients to explain our services and drive conversions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs.
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall team performance.

For Retention Agents:

• Communicate with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Implement strategies to retain clients and minimize churn.
• Identify upselling opportunities and enhance customer loyalty.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
