Retention Agent- LATAM market (Spanish Speaker)

With a strong client base in Latin America, we are expanding our team to better serve and retain our valued clients in the region. Were looking for a Retention Manager fluent in Spanish who understands the LATAM market and is passionate about customer engagement and long-term client success.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Customers Requests
• Assist and support existing customers while following the Companys rules and internal policies and procedures
• Establish positive business and customer relationships
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Follow all the Companys guidelines in terms of compliance regulations
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in Forex industry as a retention agent
• Native of fluent Spanish Speaker; strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Deep understanding of the LATAM regions financial markets, cultural preferences, and trading behavior.
• Experience using CRM platforms
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Highly motivated - Dynamic and determined personality
• Excellent communication skills
