Position Title: Conversion and Retention Agent

Job Summary: The Conversion and Retention Agent will play a crucial role in engaging clients to enhance their experience, boost conversion rates, and improve customer retention. This position is essential for establishing long-term relationships with clients across Swedish Desk to ensure their needs are effectively met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Convert leads into customers through exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Analyze client feedback and market trends to refine strategies for retention and conversion.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to devise effective retention campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide support during onboarding processes and facilitate seamless transitions for new clients.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Swedish, and any other language is a plus (both written and verbal).
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
