Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and coach YOUR  a team of Conversion Agents to ensure top performance and remarkable customer satisfaction.

Formulate and execute strategies aimed at improving client conversion rates and retention.

Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and analyze data to uncover trends, areas for growth, and actionable insights.

Hold regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to provide constructive feedback and support professional growth.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience and effectively resolve any arising issues.

Design and implement training programs to equip agents with essential skills and knowledge for success.

Cultivate a positive team culture that emphasizes motivation, responsibility, and achieving high-performance standards.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance our conversion and retention strategies.
