Job Description:
As a Conversion & Retention Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers to enhance their experience and maximize conversions. You will play a crucial role in retaining customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries and resolve issues.
Actively promote our products/services, guiding potential customers through the conversion process.
Develop and implement retention strategies to maintain customer loyalty.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive conversion initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); proficiency in English is a plus.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, conversion, or retention roles, preferably in GCC countries (especially Saudi Arabia).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
