Job Title: Head of Payment Service Provider (PSP)

Location: Limassol

Position Overview: The Head of Payment Service Provider (PSP) will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our payment processing operations, ensuring seamless transactions for our customers while driving revenue growth and managing risks. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in payment systems, regulatory compliance, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement the companies PSP strategy to enhance payment processing capabilities.

Align payment solutions with overall business objectives and customer needs.

Monitor industry trends and innovations to keep the company at the forefront of payment technology.

Operational Management:

Oversee daily operations of the payment processing team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Optimize payment workflows and processes to reduce transaction times and costs.

Manage relationships with external payment gateways and financial institutions.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in payment processing.

Implement risk management strategies to mitigate fraud and chargeback risks.

Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain high-security standards.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of payment professionals.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the department.

Set performance metrics, conduct regular evaluations, and provide feedback to team members.

Customer Experience Enhancement:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, IT, customer service) to enhance the payment experience for customers.

Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in payment processes.

Develop and communicate strategies for resolving customer payment issues effectively.

Financial Management:

Monitor and report on financial performance related to payment processing, including revenue, costs, and profitability.

Develop budgets and forecasts for the payment processing department.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.

Experience:
