As a Conversion Agent on the Slovak & Czech Desk, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their FX transactions and inquiries. You will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service while receiving comprehensive training to ensure your success in the FX market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Support: Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing their inquiries regarding FX transactions effectively and promptly.
• Communication: Utilize your proficiency in Slovak or Czech to facilitate clear and efficient communication with clients.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to share insights, best practices, and support one another in providing outstanding service.

Requirements:

• Customer Support/Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role or conversion agent FX is essential.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Slovak or Czech is a must for effective communication with our client base.
• Local Candidates Only: We are looking for candidates who are currently residing in Cyprus, specifically in Limassol or surrounding areas.
