Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic Conversion and Retention Agents for our Spanish Desk to engage with customers and enhance their experience. The successful candidates will play a critical role in both converting leads and retaining existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Spanish-speaking customers to convert leads and improve retention rates.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries effectively.
• Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor solutions that drive conversions.
• Implement effective retention strategies to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize customer engagement efforts.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on conversion and retention success.

Qualifications:

• Experience is a must
• Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; additional languages are a bonus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
