Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced French Retention Team Leader to join our team in the Capital Markets (Forex) industry. As a Retention Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of retention specialists to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates within the French market.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of retention specialists to achieve monthly retention targets
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and minimize churn
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance feedback to team members
• Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and maximize retention
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer retention

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar retention role within the financial services industry, preferably in Forex
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
