Job Opportunity: Experienced Affiliate Manager (Online Casino)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager with a strong background in the Online Casino / iGaming industry to join our growing team in Limassol.

If you have an established affiliate network, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record of driving high-quality traffic and revenue, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage new affiliate partners.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and commission structures.
• Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Analyze traffic quality, player value, and conversion metrics.
• Work closely with CRM, Acquisition, Marketing, and Compliance teams.
• Identify new partnership opportunities across various GEOs.
• Ensure affiliates comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations.
• Attend industry events and conferences to expand the affiliate network.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Affiliate Management experience within the Online Casino / iGaming industry.
• Strong network of active affiliates and media partners.
• Proven track record of increasing affiliate revenue.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using affiliate tracking platforms.
• Understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPL, and other affiliate models.
• Experience with affiliate software and reporting tools.
• Fluent English (additional languages are considered an advantage).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded.
