About the Role We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Conversion & Retention Agent to join our Spanish Desk in Limassol. You will manage inbound/outbound contacts with Spanish-speaking customers to convert prospects, retain existing clients, reduce churn, and maximize lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in Spanish and English to convert leads and retain customers.
  • Identify customer needs, present appropriate products/services, and close sales or secure retention agreements.
  • Resolve billing, service and account issues, offering tailored retention offers and solutions.
  • Meet or exceed individual KPIs (conversion rate, retention rate, revenue per contact, NPS/CSAT).
  • Accurately record interactions and outcomes in CRM; follow up on pending cases.
  • Collaborate with sales, product and support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Provide feedback to improve scripts, offers and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a conversion agent, retention agent.
  • Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Excellent persuasion, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented, resilient, and target-driven.
  • Experience using CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Flexible to work shifts as required.
