Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Conversion & Retention Agents for our Japanese Desk to join our dynamic team in Limassol, Cyprus. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in retention or sales, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive customer retention and satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.
• Understand client needs to enhance their overall experience and increase loyalty.

• Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar position FX Industry a must
• Fluent in Japanese (written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Previous experience on the Japanese desk in Cyprus is highly desirable.
