Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Japanese and Korean Retention Agents to join our team in Cyprus. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong communication and retention skills.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with Japanese/Korean-speaking clients to retain their business and ensure customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
• Collaborate with team members to improve retention strategies

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Retention Agent or in a similar customer service role
• Fluency in Japanese or Korean (both spoken and written)
• Good knowledge of customer retention techniques
• Previous experience working in Cyprus will be considered an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
