Job Title: Japanese Retention Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Japanese Retention Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening customer relationships with Japanese clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and minimizing churn. You will analyze customer data, address concerns, and implement effective retention strategies to support business growth. Full relocation assistance will be provided.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar retention role.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese.
• Prior experience working with Japanese clients or in the Japanese market.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
