Job Title: Affiliate Manager (Gaming)
Type: Full-time
Summary: We are seeking an organized, results-driven Affiliate Manager with at least 1 year of experience in the gaming industry to grow and manage our affiliate channel. You will recruit, onboard, and nurture affiliates, optimize campaigns, and drive player acquisition and revenue while ensuring compliance with industry and regional regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute affiliate acquisition and retention strategies to meet KPIs (revenue, traffic, conversions, CPA/RevShare targets).
- Recruit, vet, and onboard new affiliates, influencers, and partner sites focused on gaming audiences.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliates: communication, performance reviews, incentive programs, and issue resolution.
- Monitor affiliate performance using tracking platforms; analyze data and recommend optimizations (creative, landing pages, offers, targeting).
- Create and manage promotional campaigns, exclusive offers, and commission structures.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and legal teams to ensure compliant creatives, messaging, and promotional terms.
- Negotiate contracts, commission models, and payment terms.
- Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Stay current on gaming market trends, competitor activity, and affiliate marketing best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of direct affiliate management experience in the gaming industry (iGaming, video games, esports, or related).
- Proven track record of managing affiliate partnerships and meeting acquisition/revenue targets.
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., HasOffers, Cake, Income Access) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI tools).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social, email) and conversion optimization.
- Understanding of player lifecycle, LTV, CPA/RevShare models, and fraud/bonusing controls.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
Preferred:
- 2+ years in gaming affiliate roles.
- Experience with influencer partnerships and content creators.
