Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Malaysian Retention Agent to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with Malaysian clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and supporting customer retention efforts. Full relocation assistance will be provided.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retention role.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malay.
• Prior experience working with Malaysian clients or in the Malaysian market.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
