Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with existing customers via various channels (phone, email, chat) to understand their needs and enhance their experience.
• Proactively reach out to customers to address concerns, gather feedback, and promote loyalty initiatives.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems and report on retention metrics and performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retention-focused position or similar role.
• Proficiency in French and Japanese (verbal and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service.
