Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Japanese Desk Conversion Agent to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer conversions, ensuring smooth onboarding, and providing excellent support to Japanese clients. Full relocation assistance will be provided.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar conversion role.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese.
• Prior experience A MUST.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
