Job Description:
We are seeking motivated Conversion and Retention Agents to join our client's team in Limassol. The ideal candidates will be responsible for converting leads into clients or retaining existing clients through effective communication and excellent customer service.   Relocation Package offered. 

Key Responsibilities:

For Conversion Agents:

• Engage with potential clients through various channels (phone, email, chat).
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and conversions.

For Retention Agents: 

• Contact existing clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Proactively engage with clients to encourage ongoing business.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
• Document client interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Native or fluent French, English, German speakers; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
