About the job Assistant Manager, Guest Services

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily manpower planning to support operational needs and ensure efficient staff deployment
Oversee group arrivals and departures, ensuring smooth traffic flow and seamless guest experienceCoordinate with event and convention teams on logistics, guest movement, and special arrangements
Supervise Bell, Concierge, and Valet operations to maintain high service standards
Lead, coach, and motivate the Guest Services team to deliver personalised guest experiences
Conduct regular service audits and ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards
Handle VIP guest arrivals, rooming, and departures with professionalism and attention to detail
Plan, review, and optimise staff rosters to improve productivity and operational efficiency
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or service industry
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Strong knowledge of Opera system and overall hotel operations
Experience in Bell, Concierge, and Valet functions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership capability with a service-oriented mindset
