Location: Tokyo, Japan | North Asia (Japan & Korea)

Were partnering with a global luxury fashion group to appoint a Senior Manager, People & Organizational Development for the North Asia region.

This is a high-impact regional role sitting within the APAC People & Organizational Development team, supporting both corporate and retail populations across Japan and Korea.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead & Elevate People Capability

  • Drive manager and leadership development programs across corporate and store teams
  • Design and localize learning solutions tailored to North Asia business needs
  • Facilitate engaging classroom and virtual sessions in both Japanese and English
  • Launch and manage digital learning, micro-learning, and LMS-based initiatives
  • Partner with vendors to deliver impactful development experiences

Shape Organizational Effectiveness

  • Support team effectiveness and organizational design initiatives

  • Advise and deliver change management programs

  • Develop scalable OD tools, workshops, and frameworks

  • Measure impact and ensure programs drive real business outcomes

Collaborate Across Borders

  • Partner with Global Talent, HR Business Partners, and senior stakeholders

  • Align regional initiatives with global strategy

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders across Japan and Korea

What Were Looking For

  • 8+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Change Management
  • Native Japanese + strong business-level English (must facilitate in both languages)
  • Experience supporting multiple markets (Korea exposure a plus)
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to navigate matrixed, global organizations
  • Agile mindset, high EQ, and strong project management capability
  • Certification in tools such as MBTI, DiSC, StrengthsFinder, etc. is advantageous
