About the Role Our client, a leading 5-star hotel in Singapore, is seeking an F&B Service Executive to support outlet operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Outlet Manager in daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Monitor reservation status and coordinate with the culinary team
  • Plan and arrange staffing to meet business requirements
  • Ensure outlet setup, cleanliness, and readiness before each service period
  • Maintain LQA service standards and Service Promise compliance
  • Manage guest complaints and implement service recovery procedures
  • Oversee stock requisition and operation equipment usage
  • Comply with hygiene, food safety, and Fairmont corporate guidelines
  • Assist with F&B promotions and special function planning

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year in an F&B management role
  • Experience in a comparable 5-star hotel environment
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management
  • Mandarin language proficiency required (to serve Mandarin-speaking guests)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Service-oriented with attention to detail
