Investment Associate

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Investment Associate will support the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities across the renewable energy and infrastructure space.

This role involves end-to-end exposure across transactions, including market analysis, due diligence, financial modelling, and portfolio management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support evaluation of new investment opportunities, including market research, competitive analysis, and initial underwriting

• Conduct detailed due diligence across financial, commercial, and regulatory aspects

• Build and maintain financial models to assess investment returns and project viability

• Support transaction execution, including coordination with internal stakeholders and external advisors

• Assist in structuring and negotiating commercial agreements

• Monitor portfolio performance and support ongoing analysis and reporting

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–4 years of experience in investment banking, project finance, or infrastructure investing

• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills

• Experience in M&A, project finance, or infrastructure transactions preferred

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Interest in renewable energy and infrastructure sectors
