Security Supervisor

About the Role

• Our client, a leading luxury hotel in Singapore, is hiring a Security Supervisor
• Responsible for overseeing daily security operations
• Ensure safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel assets
• Maintain high standards of safety, service, and operational control

Key Responsibilities

• Manage access control points and authorise entries per SOP
• Monitor CCTV systems and escalate anomalies promptly
• Oversee Visitor Management and Casual Labour systems
• Conduct patrols across:
  • Lobby
  • Convention centre
  • Guest floors
  • Back-of-house areas
• Train, guide, and supervise security officers on:
  • SOPs
  • Equipment usage
  • Hotel policies
• Respond to emergency systems:
  • FPLS
  • Duress alarms
  • Other incident alerts
• Ensure proper documentation and handling of security records

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level
• At least 4 years of supervisory experience in:
  • Hotel security OR
  • Private security / law enforcement
• Certifications required:
  • CPR / AED
  • Basic Fire-Fighting
  • First Aid
• Must hold:
  • Valid PLRD Licence
  • CERT Certificate
  • Security Supervisor certification (as per local authorities)
• Fluent in English (second language is a plus)
