With offices across Asia, Europe, and North America, the firm is recognized for its deep sector expertise, analytical, and high‑impact advisory work. As part of its continued expansion in Asia, the Singapore office is seeking Associates and Senior Associates to join its growing team.

About the Role

Associates and Senior Associates form the analytical backbone of the consulting team. You will work closely with senior leadership in small, collaborative teams to tackle complex commercial and strategic challenges across the aviation ecosystem. From day one, you will contribute to market assessments, data analysis, and the development of strategic recommendations that directly shape client decisions.

As you progress, your responsibilities will expand to include deeper analytical ownership, client‑facing work, and the development of high‑quality deliverables. The firm provides structured onboarding and continuous professional development to support your long‑term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Project Delivery

  • Analyze market, financial, and operational data to support hypothesis development and solution design.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Build financial models, commercial assessments, and analytical frameworks.
  • Develop clear, compelling presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.

Firm Building & Intellectual Capital

  • Contribute to internal initiatives that support the firm's growth.
  • Help develop proprietary methodologies, research insights, and knowledge assets.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Principals and Managers in tight‑knit project teams.
  • Support and collaborate with colleagues across regional offices.

Experience Required 

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative, analytical, or problem‑solving discipline (e.g., Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Philosophy) from a reputable institution, with strong academic performance.

Core Qualities

  • Strong interest in the aviation industry.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Close attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Solid understanding of finance fundamentals and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Collaborative, team‑oriented, and comfortable in multicultural environments.
  • JLPT N2 and above

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in aviation/aerospace, management consulting, investment banking, or other analytical roles with relevant transferable skills.

Travel

  • Occasional domestic or international travel may be required depending on project needs
