The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Associate to join the HR team on a 2-year contract. This role plays a key part in supporting end-to-end talent acquisition across corporate and retail functions in the region.
You will work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to attract top-tier talent while ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience aligned with a premium brand environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for retail and/or corporate roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical positions.
Stakeholder & Candidate Management
- Coordinate interviews and drive efficient hiring processes.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to support decision-making.
- Ensure a professional, high-touch candidate experience reflective of a luxury brand.
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support offer management and onboarding documentation.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
Employer Branding & Projects
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Participate in HR projects, campus outreach, and process improvements.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house).
- Exposure to retail, luxury, FMCG, or consumer-facing industries is advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
