About the Role Our client is a full-service luxury hotel in Singapore. They are seeking a Concierge to provide exceptional, personalised services to guests — from travel arrangements and local recommendations to bespoke pre-arrival experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with tours, golf, restaurant, flight bookings, and travel reconfirmations
  • Provide directional information, shopping recommendations, and places of interest
  • Manage limousine bookings, billing, and revenue forecasting
  • Coordinate pre-arrival arrangements (birthday decorations, honeymoon setups, etc.)
  • Make reservations for theatre, airlines, and transportation using Singapore booking systems
  • Assist guests with immigration, customs, and visa-related enquiries
  • Handle phone enquiries, mail, messages, Lost & Found, and guest complaints
  • Ensure LQA service standards and hotel grooming standards are met at all times

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the service industry
  • Proficiency in Opera PMS and related hotel systems
  • Fluent in English; second language an advantage
  • Strong guest relations, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
