CLINICAL UNIT MANAGER (RGN or RMN with wound care knowledge)
ST5 Area | From £26.00 per hour | Full-time, Permanent, Day shifts

What success looks like in your first 6 months?
Taking ownership of a dementia and palliative care unit, ensuring safe, compassionate, and high-quality care
Leading and mentoring a team with confidence, clarity, and empathy
Strengthening clinical standards, including wound care and medication management, to achieve excellent outcomes
Building strong relationships with residents and their families to provide reassurance and trust
Embedding a culture of continuous improvement where staff feel supported and valued

About you
NMC-registered RGN with at least 3 years experience OR RMN with wound care knowledge
At least 2 years experience as a Unit Manager or in a similar leadership role
Strong clinical background with confidence in wound care and medication management
A leader who empowers and inspires staff to deliver their best
Committed to creating a culture of compassion, dignity, and high-quality care
Location: ST5, North Staffordshire (commutable from Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stoke-on-Trent, Stafford, Crewe, and surrounding areas)
