Job Title: Registered Manager Children's Residential Home
Location: Haunton, Staffordshire
Salary: £47,000 - £62,000 plus bonus scheme
Contract Type: Full-Time - Permanent 40 hours a week.
Seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our beautiful 2-bedded home, located in the peaceful village of Haunton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated leader who is passionate about providing exceptional care for young people with learning disabilities and physical disabilities.

The home is a purpose-built, 2-bedded residence set within the picturesque Mease Valley. The home offers a safe, nurturing environment designed to promote independence, well-being, and positive experiences for young people.

The Role
As the Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership, management, and success of the home. You will ensure the delivery of outstanding care, safeguarding the well-being and development of every child in your care.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated staff team
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted and regulatory standards
- Oversee day-to-day operations and maintain high-quality care provision
- Create and review tailored care plans for each child
- Safeguard young people and promote their rights, safety, and independence
- Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and external agencies
- Drive a positive, respectful, and empowering culture within the home
- Manage staff training, supervision, and performance
You will be supported by the operations team, bringing over 60 years of combined experience in children's residential care.
