About the job Assistant Restaurant Manager

Our client is a high-end fine dining  restaurant based in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing the restaurant.
  • Appointing, inducting, and mentoring new staff members.
  • Scheduling shifts and assigning tables to Floor staff.
  • Resolving customers' questions and grievances in a professional manner.
  • Conducting payroll activities in an accurate, timely manner.
  • Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, degree in hospitality management or equivalent.
  • Previous supervisory experience within a high-end restaurant.
  • Must be able to speak fluent English 
  • Intermediate analytical skills
  • Ability to think calmly under pressure
  • Willingness to learn open-mindedly
  • Strong leadership skills with an affinity for capacity development.
