RESTAURANT MANAGER-THAI NATIONAL

Our Client is a leading Beachclub based in Phuket, Thailand and are looking to hire a Thai National Restaurant Manager:

• Lead daily FOH operations, set service standards, manage reservations/guest flow, drive upselling, oversee roster and training, coordinate with kitchen and bar, handle complaints, and report on sales and costs.
• Requirements:
• 3-5+ years in high volume restaurants or beachclubs, leadership skills, POS knowledge, Thai and English.
