About the job HR Assistant

Our client is a restaurant group based in Dubai are looking for a HR Assistant to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Accurately inputting and updating employee information in the HR database.
  • Assisting in payroll preparation by collecting, verifying, and entering employee data
  • Posting job openings on various platforms and websites.
  • Assisting employees with benefits enrollment and changes.
  • Drafting and distributing internal communications, including memos and announcements.
  • Generating HR reports and metrics as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

What we are looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or Assistant role.
  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices, UAE Labor laws etc.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and strong MS Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Preference to be given to candidates who can join immediately.

Working Conditions:

  • 4 days remote work and one day onsite
  • Standard office hours, with occasional flexibility required to meet deadlines or accommodate meetings.
