We are hiring for a high-end Mediterranean dining concept launching at a prime waterfront destination in Abu Dhabi. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a flagship pre-opening and contribute to building a high-performing hospitality team from the ground up.

Open Positions:

• Assistant General Manager (AGM)
• Restaurant Manager
• Beverage Manager

Requirements:

• Proven experience in upscale, fine dining, or lifestyle hospitality concepts
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Pre-opening experience is an advantage
• French, Italian or Spanish speakers preferred
• Currently based in UAE
