PROJECT DIRECTOR

We are working with a leading real estate developer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to appoint an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of large-scale mixed-use developments.

This is a senior leadership role overseeing end-to-end project execution, from design coordination through to construction and handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities:
Lead the full lifecycle of mixed-use developments (residential, retail, hospitality components)
Oversee design, consultants, contractors, and project delivery teams
Drive project planning, budgeting, and cost control strategies
Manage stakeholder engagement across internal and external parties
Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality, and HSE standards

We are looking for:
Proven experience as a Project Director on large-scale mixed-use developments (developer/client-side preferred)
Strong track record delivering complex, high-value projects in the GCC
Expertise in project controls, contracts, and stakeholder management
Leadership capability to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive performance
Experience within KSA or the wider Middle East is highly desirable
