F & B Trainer
About the job F & B Trainer
Our client is a leading hospitality group based in Dubai.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct training to staff members, as per international standards.
- Evaluate and verify understanding of all employees on the service standards.
- Assist F&B management in developing Departmental Operations and Training manuals.
- Ensure maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction within various restaurants in the group.
What we are looking for?
- Must be a graduate in Hospitality management.
- Must have alteast 2 years experience as a F&B Trainer in a five star hotel or high end restaurant.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills is a required.
- Advanced knowledge of English - written & spoken is a must.
- Willing to join immediately
