About the job F & B Trainer

Our client is a leading hospitality group based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Conduct training to staff members, as per international standards.
  • Evaluate and verify understanding of all employees on the service standards.
  • Assist F&B management in developing Departmental Operations and Training manuals.
  • Ensure maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction within various restaurants in the group.

What we are looking for?

  • Must be a graduate in Hospitality management.
  • Must have alteast 2 years experience as a F&B Trainer in a five star hotel or high end restaurant.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills is a required.
  • Advanced knowledge of English - written & spoken is a must.
  • Willing to join immediately
